The answer: The diagnosis of syphillis is based on the clinical manifestations, the results of the inspection of the assumed source, the required laboratory investigation (detection of pale treponem, positive serological reactions - RiF, RIT). The answer: With innate syphillis the infection proceeds intrauterine from the sick mother (pale treponema it penetrates the organism of the fruit through the placenta). Early (of up to 4 years) and late (after 4 years) innate syphillis is distinguished. Syphillis of fruit concludes with its loss on 6-7 month of the pregnancy (not earlier than 5).
